School Improvement Lead (L2-L6)

Northern Lights Learning Trust are a Trust of three schools with plans to develop and grow. The Trust holds the value of ‘support’ at the heart of what it does; with both a Teaching school and a National Support school within the Trust. Recently approved as a sponsor by the DfE, we are seeking to appoint a school improvement lead to work in partnership with the CEO and school leaders across the Trust to further develop our schools and Trust.

We are looking to welcome a new member to our Northern Lights central team to work within our schools in the Trust and externally to support and lead on areas of school improvement.
