Pupil Leadership

We value all of the children in our school as every one of us is unique and can be a leader. Across our school, there are numerous opportunities for children to become leaders.

The Junior Leadership Team partners with the Senior Leadership Team to assess and improve school practices. Always eager to share their insights, this JLT take an active role in shaping the school’s direction. New Junior Leaders are chosen through an interview process led by SLT and/or the current team members. As part of a new initiative this year, pupils have been placed into ‘subject areas’ as they have expressed an interest and enthusiasm to represent their area of expertise, and a commitment to support other pupils.
