Outside Sporting Achievements

Inflatable Football Event

Some of the Y5/6 girls had lots of competitive fun today at an Inflatable Football Event, winning four out of five games!

Girls Tag Rugby

Some of our Y5/6 girls took part in a Tag Rugby event today. They had a brilliant time and came 2nd in their group! Well done to everyone who took part.

Boys Tag Rugby

Some of our Y5/6 boys took part in a Tag Rugby event today. They had a brilliant time. Well done to everyone who took part.

Cross Country Cluster

Girls and boys from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 ran in the Cluster Cross Country event at High Tunstall this morning. We had good results and each child gave a 100% effort.

Cross Country Town Final

We are so proud of our children for being successful in making it to the town final.

Orienteering

Y3/4 have had a wonderful time at Summerhill. They enjoyed using their geography skills while being active outdoors.

Trust Inter School Event

Our Y3/4 children loved attending the Trust Inter School Event. It is always nice getting to complete sporting activities with children from other schools.

Change4life Champions training

Some of our Year 5/6 students attended the Change4life champions training. The children enjoyed learning new skills and games. They worked together to design a poster about making physical activity fun. They even worked together to make up a game and taught it to a group of children from another school!

Change4Life Festival

Some of our Y3/4 Children attended Change 4 Life Festival along with our Y5/6 leaders. We played a number of different games throughout the afternoon and had so much fun. We are looking forward to continuing these games in school.

Junior Advanced Performance Programme – JAPP

Some of our students visited Hartlepool sixth form college today for fitness testing. We took part in the broad jump test, 20msprint, deadlift, agility run, chest push, long jump and throwing and catching. We had an excellent afternoon trying out new activities.

Sports leaders

The children had a great time when they attended the leadership course. Pupils from High Tunstall spent time teaching the children new games and skills. They were given the opportunity to develop their skills by leading a game and making it fun.

Junior Advanced Performance Program – Rugby

Our Junior Advanced Performance Program children were at High Tunstall yesterday. They had an absolute blast, we are super impressed with their rugby skills!

Year 3 Tennis Tournament

Some of our Year 3s headed to High Tunstall for a Tennis Tournament.

The children have been training for this for the last 4 weeks, they had a fantastic time and finished in 4th Place!

JAPP Basketball

At JAPP we played basketball. We focused on our shooting technique, passing and lay ups. We all had an excellent afternoon.

5 / 6 Boys Football

Our footballers played in the Hartlepool Football Association League 1 competition at Brierton. We played 7 games winning 6 and only lost 1!

The respect and attitude shown towards each other and other teams was superb from start to finish. Finishing in 1st position top of the table makes Hart Primary School champions of league 1!
