School Admissions

St. Peter’s Elwick Co of E Primary School is a very inclusive school. We are here to serve the whole community: those of faith, those from other faiths and those with no faith. When writing , reviewing and ratifying the Admission Policies leaders are led by the school’s vision and use ‘Valuing All God’s Children ‘ Guidance .
All school admissions from Reception to Year 6 are dealt with by Hartlepool Borough Council’s School Admissions department. They can be contacted by emailing educationadmissionsteam@hartlepool.gov.uk or by calling 01429 523768 / 523765.
We are always happy to arrange visits to school if you are thinking of applying for a place. Please contact Mrs Collier in the school office on 01429 274904 to arrange an appointment.

Hartlepool Council Admissions Team co-ordinate in year admissions for all primary and secondary schools within the town. An in year admission is when a parent wishes to apply for a place at a school that is not during normal rounds of entry (eg Reception – starting primary school or Year 7 – moving from primary to secondary school). Should you wish to apply to transfer to our school, please complete and return a form which can be found by clicking on the following link :
